We Don't Make You Wait For Your Shipment!
All Continental US Orders > $90.00 are shipped FREE! Continental US Orders < $90.00 ship for a flat rate of $6.95. Continental US shipments weighing less than 13oz. are shipped either via USPS Ground Advantage or via UPS Ground depending on the weight. Alaska, Hawaii and US Territory shipments have a minimum $15.00 surcharge (the total surcharge depends on order size), and ship via USPS mail. By default, all items are shipped without a signature requirement, meaning that you do not need to be present to have the shipment delivered. If you require a signature, please put that in the notes when entering the order, and your order will not be delivered unless you are home and can sign for the shipment. Once packages are delivered by the carrier they become the sole responsibility of the customer. Because we use the US Post Office we also ship to military APO and FPO addresses for the same cost as domestic shipments! Please be advised that package tracking is not available for these address, and these packages can have a longer delivery time which is out of our control because it's handled directly by the military. While delivery can sometimes (not always) be slow, it is extremely reliable, and the packages
always arrive in good shape. All International destinations have a surcharge - the total surcharge depends on order size, and is calculated when you fill out your shipping information on the check-out page. This surcharge is the cost of the shipping service, and DOES NOT include any local customs or duty charges which your customs office may impose on the shipment. These customs or duty charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and Spa-Daddy does not pay these extra customs or duty fees. International orders are sent by Air Mail and the delivery time is subject local postal conditions and delivery times can take from 4 days to several months depending on customs and local delivery conditions. International shipments are guaranteed to be shipped, but delivery can't be guaranteed due to varying international conditions.
